John Moe began his real estate career in 1981, having already earned a degree in Real Estate Property Management. Became a Broker in 1986 along with the Designation of (GRI) Graduate of the Realtors Institute. In 1987 became a Notary Public. Became a Nationally Certified Residental Specialist (CRS) from 1995-2017.

 

U.S. Navy Veteran 1972-76, John Moe served the citizens of Dayton, on the Dayton Fire Department from 1977-2004 in 1987-92 as a Fire Lieutenant and from 1992-2004 As a Fire Captain. Retiring July 2004. Entered Masonic Temple in 2005, 32nd degree Mason, Scottish Rite, and Antioch Shrine, Butler Township Zoning Commission 2007-12.

 

Marty Marvin-Moe began her real estate career in 1987. Taught dance and Ballet for over 20 years. A recognized expert in Fair Housing. Has represented a county housing agency since 1992.

With a distinguished career spanning over four decades, John brings a wealth of expertise to our organization. Licensed as a Realtor since 1981 and a Broker since 1986, he holds an impressive track record, including maintaining the Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) designation from 1995 to 2017.

John’s extensive experience in land development, covering both residential and commercial projects, complements his deep knowledge of multi-family properties, commercial property valuations, and lease negotiations. His strategic involvement in planning commission presentations for zoning, appeals, and city councils, along with his service on the Butler Township Zoning Commission from 2007 to 2012, underscores his ability to navigate complex regulatory landscapes. As a former multi-family property owner and business co-owner, John offers a unique perspective and a proven commitment to excellence.
